Abstract Submission

We invite and welcome you to submit abstracts for the Innovations in Food Science & Technology conference to be held in Munich (Germany) on10-11 May 2023. All abstracts (invited/oral/poster) shall be submitted using the online abstract submission system. All submissions will go through a blind, peer-reviewed process carried out by an international review panel.

Final selection of abstracts will be made by members of the scientific program committee and track committees. The highest-scoring abstracts will be selected for oral presentations in selected tracks while others will find a place in poster sessions. The majority of the selected posters will be displayed in the Poster Exhibition. Limited late breaker abstracts will be accepted after the due date, but we can not guarantee admission to the conference. Once the abstracts are accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
