It is with great pleasure and excitement that we invite you to the Third Edition of the Innovations in Food Science & Technology taking place on 10-11 May 2023 in Munich. Germany. This important conference is co-organized by Acad Indus International Conventions and Food Science & Technology Pro groups

The inaugural is bringing together the key food industry and academic stakeholders to discuss and deliberate on the key issues of food and sustainability and entrepreneurship for netter health and the planet. The event also sheds light on the R&D trends in Food Chemistry, Food biopolymers, new proteins, food microbiology, food engineering, food quality, food safety, packaging & shelf life, and food formulation. The key participants include decision-makers from directors to managers to QA professionals, chemists, and R&D team members.

Opening with a morning of strategic plenary sessions addressing the key themes of new food trends, food & health, and packaging and food safety trends, the program then breaks into parallel technical tracks addressing protein foods and market challenges, Engineering Foods, Food Industry Sustainability, Packaging & Shelf Life, Food Biopolymers, By Product Recovery, Sustainability, Food Safety, Food Quality, and Shelf Life, Food Formulation, Sensory and Consumer Science. Alongside the content-rich program there is plenty of time for networking; during the round table discussions, the networking evening reception, in the solution zone, and during the live demo lab sessions.
